Definitions

Acceptance of Terms

If you register an Account, you additionally warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete. Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on Royal188, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your Account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Royal188 does not permit access to or use of its gambling services by any person under the age of 21.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a Prohibited User as defined in Section 2 of these Terms.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of a Royal188 employee or contractor, unless prior written consent has been obtained.
• You must not have previously held a Royal188 Account that was closed, suspended, or terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party or operating an Account for the use of another individual.

Royal188 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in Account suspension or closure. A maximum of one Account per person is permitted. Maintaining multiple Accounts is a breach of these Terms and will result in all Accounts being closed and any balances being forfeited.

Account Registration & KYC Verification

To access the full features of Royal188, you are required to complete the account registration process. You must provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact email address, and preferred payment method details. The use of fictitious names, false addresses, or misleading information is strictly prohibited and will result in Account closure.

KYC Requirements

Before Royal188 processes any withdrawal request, you are required to complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This is a one-time requirement and involves submission of the following documentation:

• Proof of Identity: A valid copy of your Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad), passport, or other government-issued photo identification.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the past three months, showing your name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Where required, a copy of the payment instrument used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of your Touch 'n Go eWallet or Boost account showing your name).

KYC documents are reviewed within one business day under normal circumstances. Royal188 may require additional documentation at its sole discretion. Failure to provide required documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or Account suspension.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time verification codes with any third party. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits

Royal188 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, as well as cryptocurrency options including Bitcoin (BTC) and USDT. All deposits are credited to your Account Balance promptly following confirmation by the relevant payment provider.

Royal188 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may impose their own charges, which are your sole responsibility. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and may vary by payment method. These limits are displayed at the point of deposit within your Account dashboard.

All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Royal188 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be returned and the Account flagged for review.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time via your Account dashboard, subject to the following conditions being met: your Account is fully KYC verified; your Account Balance (excluding bonus funds) meets the minimum withdrawal threshold; no active wagering requirements are attached to your current balance; and your Account is in good standing with no pending disputes or compliance holds.

Processing times for withdrawal requests are as follows:

• E-Wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay): Typically 5–30 minutes following approval.
• Bank Transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, FPX, DuitNow): Typically 30 minutes to 4 hours; longer delays may occur outside banking hours.
• Cryptocurrency (BTC, USDT): Subject to network confirmation times, typically 30–60 minutes.

Royal188 may impose daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits depending on your Account tier and verification status. VIP players may be eligible for enhanced withdrawal limits. Bonuses & Promotions

Royal188 offers various promotional bonuses to registered users, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, birthday bonuses, referral bonuses, and loyalty tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

General Bonus Terms

• Wagering Requirement: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before any withdrawal can be made from the associated Balance. The specific multiplier (e.g., X15, X20) is stated for each promotion. A X15 rollover on a RM100 bonus means a total of RM1,500 in qualifying wagers must be placed.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While bonus funds are active and a wagering requirement is pending, the maximum permitted single bet or spin is RM50, unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms. Bets exceeding this limit during an active bonus period may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute differently toward the wagering requirement. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino and table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) typically contribute 10–20%. Certain game categories may contribute 0%. Specific contribution rates are provided in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed or whose wagering requirements are not met within the specified validity window (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from crediting) will expire automatically and be removed from the Account without compensation.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Some bonuses carry a maximum withdrawal limit on winnings derived from bonus funds. For example, a promotion may cap bonus-derived winnings at five times the bonus amount. Any winnings above this cap will be removed upon withdrawal request.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or manipulation of game outcomes — will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings, and may result in Account closure.

Birthday Bonus

Eligible registered players receive an automatic birthday bonus based on their VIP tier at the start of their birthday month: Bronze MYR 188, Silver MYR 388, Gold MYR 888, VIP MYR 2,688. The birthday bonus is credited once per calendar year. Specific terms including wagering requirements apply and are communicated separately.

Referral Bonus

The Royal188 referral program awards MYR 38 to both the referring player and the newly registered friend upon the friend completing their first qualifying deposit. There is no cap on the number of referrals. Referral bonuses are subject to standard wagering requirements. Self-referrals or referrals involving duplicate accounts will be disqualified.

Rules of Play

All games available on the Royal188 Platform — including live casino games, jackpot slots, sports betting markets, lottery, bingo, arcade games, and poker — are governed by individual game rules. These rules are accessible within each game or game category and form part of these Terms by reference.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Royal188 Platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account Balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets, access features, or gain advantage over other players or the house.
• Colluding with other players for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other multiplayer game format.
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any other financial crime, including structuring deposits to circumvent transaction reporting obligations.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting, or any systematic strategy designed to exploit bonus terms or guarantee profit with minimal risk.
• Creating or operating multiple Accounts.
• Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using stolen payment credentials.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's technical infrastructure.
• Facilitating access by underage individuals or Prohibited Users.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Royal188 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, trademarks, game interfaces, promotional materials, text, graphics, and software — is the intellectual property of Royal188 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Royal188 content without prior written authorisation.

The Royal188 name, logo, and all associated brand assets are registered or unregistered trademarks of Royal188. Unauthorised use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Royal188 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available without interruption or error at all times. We undertake reasonable efforts to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable.

You acknowledge that you may lose money as a result of using Royal188's services, and Royal188 is not liable for any losses incurred through normal gambling activity. Account Suspension & Termination

Royal188 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account — and withhold any associated Balance pending investigation — at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC.
• Suspected involvement in fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity.
• Engagement in prohibited activities as described in Section 9.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months (dormant account policy applies — contact support for details).

Any remaining Balance (subject to satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements and compliance checks) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe following Account closure.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Royal188 holds its operating licence. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain aware of the current version. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amendments, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 14.
